Yes, but....

The KE uses a Nebula Pad as both an external processor for Klipper and as a Display device.  The Raspberry Pi is only an external processor. You could run Mainsail/Fluidd or Octoprint from a Pi, but you would need the Pi to replace the Nebula pad, which would leave you without a display device. At that point you can add a separate screen to the Pi.

Alternatively, OpenK1 is working on a Debian version for the Nebula pad, which would allow the install of additional programs, such as Octopint and anything else that can be installed via KIAUH.
